A 21-Day Guided Healthy Eating Challenge

Healthy eating shouldn't fall apart the moment your life gets busy.

The Eat Like You Love Yourself Challenge will help you build more consistent eating habits and a healthier relationship with food—without strict meal plans, cutting out foods you love, or pressuring yourself to do everything perfectly.

You’ll practice the balanced, mindset-first Eat Clean-ish approach I used to lose over 100 pounds. It’s also how I’ve maintained that weight loss for eight years—even through busy seasons, stressful weeks, celebrations, vacations, and everyday life.

No strict meal plans. No "good or "bad" foods.

No starting over after one imperfect day.

Knowing how to eat healthy doesn't automatically teach you how to stay consistent.

You probably already know a lot about healthy eating.

Drink more water.
Eat more vegetables.
Choose balanced meals.
Watch your portions.
Stop ordering DoorDash every time the day gets chaotic.

Knowing what to do usually isn’t the hardest part.

The hard part is knowing what to do when the routine that used to work doesn’t fit your life anymore.

Or when:

  • your schedule gets hectic

  • your energy is low

  • stress changes your appetite

  • you don’t have time to cook

  • or you make one choice you don’t feel great about

Maybe your plan only works when you have enough time, energy, and motivation to follow it exactly.

Maybe you’ve learned plenty of healthy eating rules—but never learned how to adjust them when your circumstances change.

Or maybe one unplanned meal quickly becomes an “off” day.

Then one off day becomes: “I’ll start again Monday.”

From the outside, all of these can look like the same consistency problem.

But they aren’t necessarily caused by the same thing.

And none of them automatically mean you’re lazy, undisciplined, or incapable of changing your habits.

They mean you need more than information and another set of instructions to follow.

You need an opportunity to understand what influences your choices, practice making balanced decisions, and learn how to adjust without treating every imperfect day like a reason to start over.

That’s what the Eat Like You Love Yourself Challenge will help you do.

The goal isn't to follow another plan perfectly.

It's to learn how to make healthier choices for yourself.

Inside the Eat Like You Love Yourself Challenge, I’m not going to hand you a strict meal plan and expect you to organize your entire life around it.

Because following someone else’s rules for 21 days may change what you eat temporarily.

But it doesn’t necessarily teach you what to do when:

  • the meal you planned isn’t available

  • you’re hungrier than usual

  • your schedule suddenly changes

  • you eat something you didn’t intend to eat

  • or the “perfect” choice simply doesn’t fit the moment

The Eat Clean-ish approach gives you structure while leaving room for real life.

Throughout the challenge, you’ll practice:

  • using balanced nutrition principles to build meals that are both nourishing and satisfying

  • choosing Clean-ish Consistency Anchors that reflect what you realistically want to work on

  • noticing how your thoughts, emotions, circumstances, and routines influence your food choices

  • adjusting after an imperfect choice instead of judging yourself or giving up

  • making more informed decisions without labeling foods as “good” or “bad”

  • building confidence in your ability to choose what works for your body, goals, and life

You’ll have guidance. You’ll have support. And you’ll have enough structure to help you make meaningful progress.

But you won’t be expected to become dependent on a meal plan, a list of forbidden foods, or someone else telling you what to eat forever.

Because eating like you love yourself isn’t about making the “right” choice every single time.

It’s about learning how to approach food with more awareness, balance, flexibility, and grace—so you can continue making healthier choices after the 21 days are over.

Learn what works. Apply it to your life. Get support along the way.

Throughout the challenge, you’ll have practical tools, ongoing guidance, and consistent support to help you apply the Eat Clean-ish approach in your actual life.

Here’s what’s included:

  • 21-Day Guided Clean-ish Experience
You’ll put what you’re learning into practice while building healthier habits, noticing what affects your choices, and learning how to adjust when everything doesn’t go according to plan.

  • Eat Better, Not Less Nutrition Guide
This step-by-step guide will teach you how to build balanced meals that support weight loss and maintenance without cutting out entire food groups.

    You’ll learn:

    • the 80/20 Clean-ish framework

    • simple plating ratios

    • realistic hydration guidelines

    • practical meal examples

    • meal-planning and grocery-shopping strategies

You’ll also receive a supplemental food reference guide to make grocery shopping, meal building, and balanced food choices feel less confusing.

  • Weekly Bite-Sized Coaching Videos
Each week, you’ll receive short coaching videos focused on mindset, eating patterns, consistency, and applying what you’re learning when life gets busy, stressful, or unpredictable.

No hour-long lectures requiring a notebook, three highlighters, and a completely open Saturday. These are short, practical lessons you can actually use.

  • Daily Guidance and Encouragement
You’ll receive touchpoints through email, text messages, and community posts to help you stay connected to the challenge throughout the 21 days.

These aren’t daily reminders to “be good.” They’re opportunities to reflect, stay encouraged, and keep practicing—even after a day that didn’t go exactly as planned.

  • Clean-ish Consistency Anchors and Daily Tracker
The Clean-ish Consistency Anchors will help you choose supportive focus areas related to balanced eating, hydration, awareness, reflection, mind and spirit, and intentional movement.

You’ll also receive an awareness-based Daily Tracker to help you notice your habits and progress without counting calories, tracking macros, or turning every unchecked box into evidence that you failed.

  • Guided Reflection Prompts
You’ll be encouraged to look beyond what you ate and notice the thoughts, emotions, circumstances, routines, and decisions surrounding your choices.

Because greater awareness helps you understand what may need to change—not simply judge yourself for what happened.

  • Private Challenge Community
    You’ll have a supportive, judgement-free place to:

    • check in and ask questions

    • share wins and challenges

    • receive encouragement and accountability

    • reflect on what you’re learning

    • practice alongside other people working toward healthier, more sustainable habits

You don’t need to use every tool perfectly or complete every activity to benefit from this experience.

You just need to be willing to stay curious, keep practicing, and pick back up after a day that doesn’t go as planned.

Is the Eat Like You Love Yourself Challenge right for you?

You don’t need to relate to every statement below. But if you recognize yourself in a few of them, the Eat Like You Love Yourself Challenge was designed with you in mind.

This challenge may be for you if...

  • You already know a lot about healthy eating, but applying what you know consistently has been difficult.

  • You can follow a routine when everything lines up—but struggle to adjust when your schedule, energy, appetite, or circumstances change.

  • One choice you don’t feel great about can quickly turn into guilt, giving up, or promising yourself you’ll start over later.

  • You’re tired of swinging between strict rules and feeling completely “off track.”

  • You want to build balanced eating habits without cutting out every food you enjoy.

  • You want enough structure to help you make progress without feeling controlled by a meal plan.

  • You’d benefit from encouragement, accountability, and a community where imperfect days aren’t treated like failures.

  • You want to better understand what influences your food choices instead of assuming you simply need more discipline.

  • You’re ready to approach your habits with more awareness, flexibility, and grace.

This challenge probably isn't the right fit if...

  • You want an exact meal plan that tells you what to eat at every meal.

  • You’re looking for strict rules, a highly restrictive diet, or a list of foods you’re never allowed to have.

  • You want a rapid transformation or guaranteed amount of weight loss in 21 days.

  • You’re only interested in short-term results and aren’t open to practicing habits you can continue after the challenge.

  • You want someone else to make every food decision for you rather than learning how to make informed choices for yourself.

  • You need individualized medical nutrition therapy or treatment for an eating disorder.*

*The Eat Like You Love Yourself Challenge provides general education, coaching, and support. It is not a substitute for individualized care from a registered dietitian, physician, or licensed mental health professional.

Healthy eating may not become effortless.

But it can start to feel more manageable.

This challenge won’t make you eat perfectly or completely transform your relationship with food in 21 days.

But with guidance, support, and a willingness to practice, you may begin to:

  • better understand the thoughts, emotions, circumstances, and routines influencing your food choices

  • approach your eating habits with more curiosity and less criticism

  • recognize what makes consistency difficult for you instead of assuming you simply need more discipline

  • make healthier choices without relying on strict rules, extremes, or perfection

  • feel more confident building balanced meals and making decisions in real-life situations

  • adjust after an imperfect choice without allowing it to derail the rest of your day, week, or month

  • notice progress beyond the scale, including greater awareness, more balanced decisions, and your willingness to keep going

  • rebuild trust in your ability to maintain healthier habits over time

You may also experience changes in your weight, energy, or overall well-being as your habits begin to shift.

But the bigger goal is to leave the challenge with a healthier way of approaching food—and a better understanding of what helps you stay consistent.

Because meaningful progress isn’t about becoming a completely different person in 21 days.

It’s about learning how to make healthier choices in a way you can realistically continue after the challenge ends.

What have past participants experienced?

Everyone enters the challenge with different habits, circumstances, and goals. So progress won’t look exactly the same for everyone.

Here’s what past participants have shared about their experience:

“Participating in the Eat Like You Love Yourself Challenge was a truly rewarding experience! Over the course of 21 days, I became more intentional about what I put into my body and more mindful of the things I want to prioritize in my life as a whole.

This challenge wasn’t about perfection. It was about progress, awareness, and treating myself with the care and respect I deserve. It reminded me that food can be a powerful way to practice self-love and that small, consistent choices really do add up.

I loved the supportive community, practical tips, and gentle accountability throughout the process. I walked away feeling more energized, focused, and inspired to keep going.

If you’re thinking about joining the next round… do it!” — Candace

“Doing this program helped me get back on track with my mindset and create better eating habits without feeling heavily restricted.”

— Nakeshea

What was most helpful for me during the 21 days was the community and communication. Being able to provide encouragement encouraged me to keep going, as well as change some areas of my life that definitely needed improvement.

Beyond that, the journaling was a different and pleasant experience. Now I can go back, reflect, and gain insight into the areas where I excelled, as well as the times when I struggled.”

— Bila

“I really appreciate Aujile’s focus on the mindset around weight loss. She encourages mindfulness around habits and getting to the root of why we do what we do. If you want to get off the weight loss merry-go-round, I would highly recommend her challenges.”

— TaVeta

Different people. Different starting points. Different wins.

What they have in common is that they didn’t have to eat perfectly to make meaningful progress.

Still have questions?

I've got you.

How does the challenge work?

You’ll use the Eat Better, Not Less nutrition guide, Clean-ish Consistency Anchors, Daily Tracker, weekly coaching videos, and guided reflection prompts to practice healthier eating habits throughout the challenge.

You’ll also receive regular encouragement and guidance through email, text messages, and the private challenge community.

The experience is structured enough to help you stay engaged while still giving you room to choose what you want to focus on and apply what you’re learning to your own life.

Is this a diet or fasting challenge?

No. You won’t be required to follow specific eating windows, fast for a certain number of hours, cut out entire food groups, or follow a highly restrictive diet.

You’ll learn how to build balanced meals, make more informed food choices, and develop habits that support your goals without relying on extremes.

What if I miss a day or don't follow through with everything?

You won’t be expected to start over because of one meal, one day, or one rough weekend.

You can pick back up, adjust what isn’t working, and continue participating. In fact, learning how to respond when things don’t go according to plan is an important part of the challenge.

You don’t have to complete every activity or use every tool perfectly to benefit from the experience.

Is a meal plan included? Will you tell me exactly what to eat?

No… and that’s intentional.

You’ll receive balanced meal examples, plating guidelines, meal-planning support, and a supplemental food reference guide. But you won’t receive a rigid schedule telling you exactly what to eat at every meal.

The goal is to help you become more confident building meals and making informed food choices for yourself—not become dependent on someone else making every decision for you.

Is exercise required?

No. Intentional movement is included as one of the optional Clean-ish Consistency Anchors, but you get to decide whether it’s an appropriate focus for you during the challenge.

If you choose to include movement, you’ll be encouraged to approach it in a way that feels supportive, realistic, and appropriate for your current ability.

Can this challenge help with emotional eating or binge eating?

If you sometimes notice yourself eating in response to stress, boredom, difficult emotions, or certain circumstances, the challenge can help you become more aware of what influences those choices and practice responding with less criticism and more intention.

However, this challenge does not provide individualized treatment for binge-eating disorder or another eating disorder. If you’re experiencing binge-eating episodes or believe you may have an eating disorder, you deserve specialized support from a qualified healthcare or mental health professional.

What if I've joined other challenges before and didn't stick with them?

Your past experience doesn’t automatically determine what will happen this time.

This challenge isn’t built around maintaining a perfect streak, following strict rules, or proving how disciplined you can be. You’ll have flexibility, encouragement, and room to adjust when your original intentions don’t match what your life allows.

You’ll still need to participate and practice what you’re learning. But missing a day or making an imperfect choice won’t disqualify you from continuing.

Your next step doesn't have to be another fresh start.

You don’t need to wait for a less stressful week, a perfectly stocked kitchen, or another Monday to begin changing the way you approach food.

You can start with the life you have right now.

Inside the Eat Like You Love Yourself Challenge, you’ll learn how to build balanced eating habits, better understand what influences your choices, and adjust when things don’t go according to plan.

You’ll have helpful tools, ongoing guidance, and a supportive community beside you as you put what you’re learning into practice.

You don’t have to eat perfectly.

You don’t have to get everything right the first time.

You just have to be willing to begin.

It's time to learn what it looks like to eat like you love yourself.
