Is this challenge based on intermittent fasting or a specific diet plan?

Nope! You won’t find any “one-size-fits-all” diet here. This challenge is about building consistent, sustainable habits around food — not following rules that don’t fit your life. You’ll have flexible guidelines (aka the Clean-ish method), but no meal plans or eating windows to follow.

Is a meal plan included? Will you tell me exactly what to eat?

No, and that’s actually the point. This challenge is about helping you learn how to eat better in a way that fits your real life. You’ll get optional support (like the Eat Better, Not Less nutrition ebook), but no rigid plans or food lists. That way, you never feel bored or deprived.

Is exercise required?
